DORING RIVER RAFTING
MENU & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
 

What is an adventure without food that meets the expectation or exceeds it? Our bush cuisine has been talked of long after the river rafting experience. A big difference between us and other companies is that we do all the catering. After a day’s paddle and drifting, the last thing on your mind is to start preparing food. You want to sit back and relax. Well, at Bundi that is exactly what we want you to do.

Please see below the menu that is standard to our Doring River rafting adventure.

We do cater for Halaal, Kosher, vegetarian, vegan, diabetic, lactose intolerant people amongst others. Please clearly state your dietary requirements when making your booking so that we can cater for you accordingly.

 

2 DAY TRIP

Arrive at camp

Day 1: going on river

Day 2: on river again

Chicken potjie & rice

Dessert:
Marshmallows braaied over the fire

Breakfast:
Coffee, tea & rusks
Scrambled eggs & bacon, toast and tomato

Breakfast:
Coffee, tea & rusks

Russian sausages, scrambled egg, tomato & onion mix, bread and jam

 

Lunch:
Hamburgers, onions, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, chocolates

After river at the cave:
Vetkoek, tea & coffee

Mid-morning snacks:
Hot drinks and biscuits

Lunch:
Assorted cold meats, breads, pickles, gherkins, cheese and chocolates

 

Supper:
Leg of lamb, pork, chicken, roasted potatoes, butternut, Greek salad, garlic bread, apple crumble & custard
