Are you ready for the time of your life?

Picture this... Start your day with a cup of coffee, followed by a hearty breakfast. Give our guides the opportunity to introduce you to the basics of canoeing, discuss the safety precautions and then you are ready to start an adventure you'll never forget.

A beautiful mountainous, semi-desert region is what will surround you for the next few days where you can't help but relax, unwind and forget about city life. On the river, you will experience somewhat raging rapids as well as relaxing flat water where there's always time to float or sunbathe, enjoy refreshments, lunch on the riverbanks and have a game of Frisbee.

At the end of each exhilarating day you can enjoy sundowners and relax on the riverbank. Admire breathtaking sunsets while sitting around a cozy fire and absorbing the tranquility of the night. Spend memorable nights under the southern skies, listening to the tranquil flowing water of the Orange River, or enjoy midnight swims under the stars.

On the last day, our truck will transport you back to base camp, where you are welcomed by "civilization" in the form of hot showers and toilets.

Later, the aroma of a delicious lamb spit-braai and the sounds of our DJ lure you towards the party as we prepare to welcome in the New Year with dancing and new friends.

What makes our New Years Party unique and different to other operators?

  • We give musk melon and water melon at 3:30pm on the 31st
  • We give starters in the form of hotdogs at 7pm
  • Huge dance floor with DJ where a special request is not a problem
  • Hearty meal – Spitbraai, Greek salad, potato, butternut, garlic bread and a apple-crumble pie with custard for dessert at 9pm
  • Music till the last 20 people standing or 4 am whichever comes first
    You will definitely start your December vacation with a bang and end it off with a Bash!!!
