Remember the following points when deciding between different river companies:

• Our 3 day price is most companies' 4 day package. Compare amount of days actually spent on river. NOT the terminology!
• Our price includes wholesome meals from arrival (supper) to the morning of departure (breakfast)
• We have a re-supply of ice and goods at Sjambok river (ice only lasts 2 days no matter what they say!!)

• STEP 1
  Contact us on +27 (0) 21 975 9727 or click here to email us and find out if we have a trip running over you preferred dates or if your group is big enough we will make a trip for you!
  
• STEP 2
  From there the consultant will give you a group code for your tour and will request that you complete a booking form and return it.
  
  
• STEP 3
  You will then be issued with an invoice for R500 non refundable deposit per person to secure your booking. Only once both the completed booking form and the proof of payment for the deposit has been received by the consultant, will receive your booking confirmation. No bookings will be made before the completed booking form and the deposit has been received!

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS:
A non-refundable deposit of R500 p/p will hold a definite reservation. Final payment on individual and group bookings is due not less than 3 weeks prior to the commencement of the excursion and this is not refundable unless a paid-up replacement is found. Bookings made within the final 30 days prior to the excursion must be fully paid.

CANCELLATIONS:
In the unlikely event of cancellation of an excursion by BUNDI RIVER RAFTERS and if the alternative excursion offered by BUNDI RIVER RAFTERS is unacceptable to the participant, the participant shall be entitled to an immediate and full refund.
